Mark brings over 20 years of experience in the industry, having worked at renowned venues such as 1884 Dock Street Kitchen, Wild Sage, and 1864 at The Highfield. Lauren has spent more than a decade in hospitality, working as a restaurant manager at both Mishka and 1864 at The Highfield, as well as gaining valuable experience at The Star.

We’re partners in every sense — in life and in business. Our paths crossed at 1864 at The Highfield, where a professional connection quickly turned into something more. Our shared passion for hospitality drives us to create something exceptional.
